The old Tennis Complex was stuck in the past - facilities outdated and some areas neglected since the days of wooden rackets. But I was determined to serve up an ace redesign revival.

I took point reinventing the locker room - a space honoring SMU's tennis legacy while giving players a fresh, fired-up home base. This wasn't just new lockers and paint, it was crafting an immersive vortex of team spirit. From bold graphics celebrating championships to motivational messaging, every decision oozed Mustang pride. The crown jewel? Prime lounging spaces for players to recharge like pros between sets.

Unveiling our vision, you could see the adrenaline coursing through the department. They were hooked - envisioning a complex worthy of SMU's powerhouse program. The only hiccup? Funding too tight to make it reality… yet.
